How do I reserve an apartment in a new-build?
To reserve a home in our projects in Kyiv, the suburbs, or Uzhhorod, simply leave a request on the website. After a consultation, we sign a reservation agreement that locks in your chosen layout and price for a fixed period. This guarantees the apartment won't be sold to other buyers while you prepare your documents.
